Office and staff member stated the location was open till 3, arrived 15 minutes prior to close and everything was closed. Took pictures in the pouring rain to return the vehicle, saw the staff member go to her car at 3:05. The dolly I had reserved on the reservation was not available and it was not brought to my attention until I picked up the truck. Poor customer service and poor communication.

Was not given a walk through of the vehicle, which was very dirty from previous guests. Service representatives were very casual to the point I believed them to be customers too. I paid for a dolly and did not receive one - I was told by the owner I would have an automatic refund for the moving dolly but I have not been notified. They also did not tell me about the dolly until I went back to ask about it, owner told me they kept getting stolen and it was out of his control.
DEDRA B- didn’t have mattress pads. Didn’t tell me they weren’t in the truck until I came in and asked about them. - had door closed during business hours on return. - poor service skills and reeked of marijuana.

Elizabeth SI booked a truck at a different location. After some back and forth with the hotline (which disconnected me once), I was able to get one at this location. Of course, this location did not have all the equipment I wanted (like 12 blankets). Also, the engine light was on... Overall, I am very unhappy with the entire process. I specifically booked it online and wanted the online check-in to have all the flexibility. Instead, I had to wait around in the hot sun, drive to a different location, and pay extra for the additional miles due to the farther-away location. In the end, I got a truck, I was able to transport my stuff, and I was able to return it.
