Take all trucks for a drive after returned to make certain it's not in the need of machanic attention. Plus when a complaint is filed make certain the place calls the customer back as their suppose to do. At this point if I needed a truck to move I certainly wouldn't use uhaul and definantly wouldn't recommend uhaul.
