The trailer was perfectly fine. I’ve used Uhaul many times and will continue to do so. But never this location ever again. The gentleman that helped hook up the trailer was very polite and professional. It’s Sondra in the office that was rude and very unhelpful. She rarely said a word, just scowled and said “here, sign this”. I’ve used this site twice over the last few weeks and it was the same both times. She’s disgusting. Never again.

This was the second time we rented from this location. Sandra was VERY rude through the whole experience and due to her lack of communication we were charged over double for the trailer. Will not be returning!!!
