I would like the pricing to be more upfront. I called the day prior to renting and was quoted one price only to find out, when we picked it up, it was double the cost. I understand this is a tactic used by all; however, you can be the "only honest" U-Haul company. I think the rate is still reasonable but I have never been a fan of the carrot and stick approach. With the exception of the bait and switch pricing everything else about the experience was fantastic.

Barry PI put in the amount of gas that was indicated to be needed in the form and was about 1 mi from facility when I filled up. They still said I was short gas. That is baloney.
