the place on outside was filthy, did not even acknowledge me until i told them i was there to drop trailer off. He mentioned his wifi was down , but then after looking at this phone he asked if i was billy and told him i was. this is where it gets interesting....i am 73 years old, have two shoulders that are not good, one of them I had a total replacement and then a total reverse replacement on the same shoulder...just had a neck fusion, and I believe I am not to lift over 25 lbs, 50 lbs i am sure is max...and a bad back....he told me to just drop it off and kind of explained where....i walked out the door and thought to myself..;;I am not disconnecting it...so i went back inside and mentioned that he needs to come out and unhook it. he followed me outside and saw where i had parked the truck and asked me to move it to a different position....after the surgery that was the last thing i wanted to do, i forgot to mention that a guy, i think he was homeless started to disconnect and the 76 station guy told him, no/......he has to move it. as i was moving truck the 76 guy just turns around and walks back into the store and never came back out. i disconnected power and chains and flipped up the cap on the ball. And the homeless guy was tying to figure out how to drop the jack, so we tried to lift it off, the second time we tried we both jerked....nothing happened but a sharp pain in my neck got my attention immediately.. we did finally get it off, and i told the homeless guy to drop the jack down to the ground and let the lazy 76 guy have to deal with it. I called Prescott Uhaul and told them what happened and asked if they could connect me to someone to talk to. They gave me a phone number and I called and explained what happened, zI believe her name was Amanda, very very helpful. I don't think that i should have to do any of what i did., i mean whenever in the past when i rented---i pulled in they hooked me up ad when i returned they unhooked everything....i think that is the way it is supposed to be done.......especially after what i have been through......i just started therapy on neck last week. I live in Prescott Valley, the drive home my neck was really bothering me, and my back started with sharp pains and spasms. i look forward to speaking to someone....can you also reply with an email..thank you....billy....i forgot to mention....the homeless guy said as the lazy 76 guy walked away----he wants the old guy to do it....but i will help.....the lazy 76 guy is probably half my age. and could not get off his phone, texting or whatever he was doing. i hope they have cameras in and outside the 76 gas station. is there anyway that you could check...thank you.....i look forward to hearing back from someone. billy

Air conditioning was not working. UNACCEPTABLE!! Also it was quitedirty. I had to wash the windshield 3 times before. I could even see out of it. Just another average haul experience.
DAVID HOMG, super sketch. The lady was very nice but she is a gas station cashier, she was rushing because there were people behind me trying to buy their Takis and a Four Loco! The is not a friendly neighborhood U-Haul. It's a gas station, in Blythe. Have you been to Blythe? Blythe is sketchy already, this place is worse.
Daniel LDrop off box availability was great.
JENNIFER NI did the online checking and then had to go to the counter and do it all again. Why have the online process if we do it again at the counter? The battery died causing us to spend more time and extend. When I did the online checkout, the guy at the counter tried to make me wait for his sister because he had no idea how to read the contract I gave him with all of my details. All I jad to do was return the keys. I already paid. He was not kind at all. Never going back there again!
