Air conditioning was not working. UNACCEPTABLE!! Also it was quitedirty. I had to wash the windshield 3 times before. I could even see out of it. Just another average haul experience.

OMG, super sketch. The lady was very nice but she is a gas station cashier, she was rushing because there were people behind me trying to buy their Takis and a Four Loco! The is not a friendly neighborhood U-Haul. It's a gas station, in Blythe. Have you been to Blythe? Blythe is sketchy already, this place is worse.

JENNIFER NI did the online checking and then had to go to the counter and do it all again. Why have the online process if we do it again at the counter? The battery died causing us to spend more time and extend. When I did the online checkout, the guy at the counter tried to make me wait for his sister because he had no idea how to read the contract I gave him with all of my details. All I jad to do was return the keys. I already paid. He was not kind at all. Never going back there again!
