The vehicle had a bad smell and when it was returned using night drop. They didn't even know it was there until I called. Then they tried to say I damaged the vehicle. Luckily I took photos of the damage prior to using the vehicle.

John NThe store employee was rude. The truck only had 1/4 of a tank at pickup. For some reason, we were unable to pickup the truck through the Uhaul app. We would not recommend this location to anyone.
