We rent U-Haul van from this location every year for an event.Always goes out of there way to make sure we are taken care of. Always friendly and smooth transaction every time. We will continue to be a loyal customer.
BRIAN MI love this location. I rent about 3 times s month and I always use this location. The owner Bill is very friendly and accommodating. He even let's me park my car there where I know it won't get towed and be safe. Uhauls are always clean and mechanically up to date. Thanks uhaul at paiges deli!
HOPE YWe made payment by phone to U-Haul and theough regional manager. Manager at location was rude, made threats and even reported us initially that the regional quickly handled. My card is being processed continuously without authorization when equipment was returned and paid for. Google review comments show this manager/owners integrity and lack of business ethics, I would suggest reading them. I have reported charges to my bank and reporting to authorities tomorrow.
