Truck was broken and delayed our move by 2 hours, which then caused our move to be in a severe thunderstorm. We would have been done if there was no delay. No prior notice. Truck needed maintenance that was were made aware of after we asked about the latch on the back.

Russell RIt was kind of a weird experience walking into the place. The guy was not the nicest for me being a single girl renting this uhaul. I had to pull out the truck sandwiched in between 2 other trucks. I wasn’t sure which truck was mine and had to come back in to ask and he seemed annoyed that I asked.
