Katherine SVery sweet people. Very kind to be there for me despite it was after 4pm. Helped me because I was having trouble with the app. Also the lady who helped me when I returned the U-Haul the next day was very sweet as well.

William AUse locks that open easily. Have trucks with good tires. Have trucks with balanced tires. Offer trucks with cruise control. Display correct building number. Display same business name as what is online. Self check-out took an hour due to horrible app and hard to open lock. Switched over to internet to accomplish check-out. Check-in was done during business hours, but the staff could not get the app to work. I left before check-in was completed, but later received email with check-in receipt. Corporate U-Haul was very responsive in changing my reservation, helping me locate the business, and telling me the trick to get the lock box open. Will definitely use a different location next time and ask to see the truck before check-out day.
