I will never recommend you haul again because their return policies have changed and they’re not in favor of the customer. I returned my truck two days early. They were able to re-rent it and yet they would not give me my credit back.

The AC stopped working after about 20 minutes, would only blow warm to hot air.

TIMOTHY BThe 20" truck that I rented had over 135k miles and the steering was so loose that is was almost dangerous to drive. It made for a less that favorable move. I have used U-Haul many times in the past and have never experienced a truck that was not safe to drive.
