Manager was not on site and it took several phone calls to get him on the phone to allow me to check out the tow dolly I rented. There was no safety check because there was no one on site. The equipment had faulty wiring.

They didn’t check my truck back in the morning after I dropped it off. I couldn’t get the app to load and check it in late on Sunday night. By Tuesday my rental wasn’t checked in and UHaul charged me an extra day.
