This was NOT the designated drop off site "Bonaire Bumper to Bumper" is closed and out of business. The other sites listed on YOUR website don't accept trailer turn-in. "Storage Sense Bonaire" was hesitant at first to accept turn-in -- but DID. The fellow there was MOST helpful. Time for U-Haul to update your records and website. Were I asked to rate corporate efficiency -- D+.

My original pickup place was at what looked to be a residence and had absolutely no identifiable U-haul signage whatsoever. After some reluctance I finally entered the property only to find out they didn't have a car hauler. I ended up having to drive 1 hour round trip, out of my way to storage sense, where everything went smoothly. This delay was a great inconvenience to my day and ruined the rest of my scheduled work plans for the afternoon.

Willie BThey were closed. So can’t rate personnel. However the key box was open. I was able to get it closed. I am glad I finally heard from yall. . That made me nervous the drop box flopped open like it was. No harm no foul. Thanks all it was a pretty seamless trip.
