Have a uhaul rep.at location to except the trailer I'm 82 yrs old,and I had to unhook everything, I could not the tung off the ball, After some pleading with the behind the counter person who had nothing to do with uhaul lifted it off for me. When I called uhaul the person I talked was no help at all she told that I had already returned the trailer, an kept me on the phone for 1/2 hour, I have had nothing but very bad experiences with uhaul In last review I did I included my phone number in hope someone for uhaul corporate would want to.know j just what is going on with there business....but no call
