When I picked up my truck .I was doing my inspection for the pick up. And they told me to move out the drive where they had it parked. I had to finish my inspection down the street another business parking lot.

The truck was low on oil and well overdue for an oil change.
Jonathan DI was changed to this location without notice. I was also changed from counter pickup to app pickup without notice. I reserved an appliance dolly but it was removed from my reservation when the location was changed
Michael EHave someone there that speaks English and knows that you accept u hauls. The person working had to call the owner to figure out what was going on. I had to go into the shop to find the person working. Not a place I would want to leave my equipment
