I was crewed over by U-Haul and will never use again. Was told that my total after tax would be $375 before renting. When I dropped off I was charged $550. They lied to me twice at both locations. Total scam will not rent again. Lady at first location in bossier was cracked out. Did not explain anything to me about charges. I asked a multitude of questions and was never informed about going “over miles”. The contract I signed was “for the rental price that I was told that would be charged”. I also called corporate and was informed that I would be called back within 72 hours about complaint. NEVER CALLED ME. Horrible.

The whole experience was a cluster! This location was the third location we had to go to even though we had a reservation. Nobody was present at the first location to help us, the app and website weren't working, the 2nd location didn't have the truck size we needed, and finally I guess the 3rd location was the charm. It delayed our move by over an hour at least.
Latisia MThey charged me an additional $6 for gas after I put a little more than what was ion the gauge at pickup, but I had no witness since there was no one there to verify from the original pick up site, frustrating, had to go with what the guy said was on there over the phone
