Make sure you actually have a u haul available at the place that it is reserved at. Also make sure you actually have a u haul for the particular time the customer request. I had to go to 3 different place because there were no u hauls for the time and pickup place I reserved for

If every business had at least one employee that even came close to the customer service that Dorothy provides it would be a wonderful experience at other places. She is a rare gem! Moving is always a rough experience. But Dorothy makes things pleasant.She's just a pleasant person to be around!
