The required app usage was not easy to use and very frustrating.preventing me from starting my journey as early as expected , waiting for attendant to arrive at 9:15am. I returned the vehicle at 12:15 and was charged for a full day.

i arrived at the location after hours and no personnel where there so thats why i selected no. i did however receive a prompt email the next morning with the confirmation. so again the situation was made entirely more manageable by the help of the places.
