I made a reservation via phone for saturday. I was told the truck would not be available until monday and I would be contacted by a representative with more details. No body ever called. When I downloaded the app on monday I found out my reservation had been canceled. I was never notified that it was ready for pick up on Saturday.

Hugo CDidn't answer the phone nor return phone calls when message left. We weren't given the dolly I rented.
