Michelle BWas initially told when I picked up a toy hauler trailer in Texas , that my drop off location would be here in Louisiana. When I arrived before my drop off time tha app said to drop off trailer at a different location. Since I had to use the u-haul truck to pull trailer, this caused me to be late for my truck drop off. Due to small parking at Bossier location I understand, but feel ai shouldn’t be charged for extended time
