Received a text from U-Haul for this drop off location. when I arrived to drop off transport, the facility was closed on Sundays. I was unable to access the secure storage area without an access Pin. I contacted U-Haul via phone and 1st contact was unable to assist and transferred me to another management group. That individual took some info and after a few moments I was transferred again without my knowledge to another department. Again after a lengthy explanation to a third person and their discussion with co-worker it was decided i should just leave transport in the unsecured parking in front of building.
