Trucks getting older, but it is what it is useful very reliable
Kevin MMake sure that the gas tank is accurate, before confirming it to a new customer. I was told it was 5/12 and it was 1/4 of a gas tank. The previous passenger left half water bottle, dirty tissue papers. Jen at the gas station was superb and very friendly.
Robert HNo one there to help get U-Haul location at gas station thought could just use app was on hold for a good 20mins and took a good half hour to actually get keys to van. Was promised by gal representative that I would receive a discount which did not happen! Disappointed customer
