No one there to help get U-Haul location at gas station thought could just use app was on hold for a good 20mins and took a good half hour to actually get keys to van. Was promised by gal representative that I would receive a discount which did not happen! Disappointed customer

Diana DI got the truck with trash in the back. There is prove of it when I got it. Please Clean the back of the van before customers grab truck. Other than that thank you!
Claudia GIt took too long to register to get a UHAUL. The app is buggy and I had to call several times to proceed with the reservation. I then had to rush to use the equipment. I also did not like the dolly when I reserved a flatbed. You need people to check you in or a simpler app process.
