I wish you had more vans. Unfortunately that is all I needed, when I visited the store, there was a van sitting out front not being used. Although the store manager was awesome and friendly unfortunately your app had a reservation set for it already… I guess. I had my box truck for two hours and guess what, when I came back to drop off my truck, the van was still sitting in the parking lot… not being used. This is a personal gripe, there was probably nothing you all could’ve done about it but I wish you were able to give more freedom and leniency to this location to make more changes. Also random idea, it would be great if you can update two items on the app during check in for the vehicle. Set expectations (a timer or a bar at the top of the page idk lol) for how long the check in process is… something that I thought would be fairly quick became a hassle within five minutes even with me being a previous client. Second suggestion, when taking photos before and after usage of the vehicle, please maybe allow for an expanding 0.5x view as well as 1.0x, idk if this is possible but I couldn’t imagine if it was a terrible weather day having to stand outside in the snow or rain having to do this process. Other than that it was a complete 10/10. I just think if we’re going to go the route (only online) at a location like this, I’m hoping it could be a bit faster.

I rented furniture covers and a dolly. They were not inside the truck .i asked an employee and she found covers but no dolly. I was charged for the dolly.! Never again with you. I’ll get a different company

Jeffrey GPaid for a dolly and blankets to be in truck at pick up location. Truck was empty. Had to drive to a different location to pick up dolly and blankets, then drive back to original pick up location to put them in the truck.
Yann VMaybe give a final price the drop off point if the location is still open and keys were returned. It would have been nice to have had the vehicle inspected before I left. Everything went as expected the next day but this is what I would add. All else went smooth. Store worker was very nice.
