The online check-in process was difficult and didn't work correctly. The staff inside said customers MUST check in on a personal phone and they could not help. The process took far too long and eventually they needed to make some calls, but still they would not check us in. Nice enough staff, but terrible process. There's needs to be a way to walk up and just show a driver license.

Barbara RAlmost comically awful. Rude staff refused to provide a key to the U-Haul. Required intervention by U-Haul support. There is no bloody way this place should be providing U-Haul rentals w/o better training and general competence. Put a U-Haul at a 7-11 convenience store and this is what you get.
