Eliza PMy pick up time was scheduled for 6:30am, I got to the pick up location at about 6:25am The code I was given to unlock the lock didnt work and also not knowing the lock was inside the van. It wasn’t stated on the online portal, because I had earlier booked for the van online. I didnt get access to the van until about 8:41am, when the office opened My day was ruined Please u guys hv to do better, provide accurate and exact information. Thank u
