The location was good - better instructions through the app would have been better as I was looking in the lock box (like the app told me to) but in reality it was the lock on the back of the truck I was to use. Also, the over price in mileage, I would have saved getting the gas on my own than the FORCED option to prepay mileage

Jamie MMy whole experience with U-Haul was very positive. It was quick with no surprises and the two people I dealt with were professional. I would not hesitate to recommend a U-Haul rental.
Paul CTruck was on Empty. I selected over the counter pick up. Store said it opened at 830 according to google, once I arrived, they had a sign saying "sorry, we dont open until 10 am". There was a second customer there as well who was very unhappy as well. I will not be using this location again. very disappointed.
