I have been using U-Haul trucks and trailers for a long time. I haven’t used one in three years so when I went to go and get my truck, I was very surprised that it is only credit card payment now that is very inconvenient. And the lady whom I rented the truck from had told me that my miles were included, and I had unlimited miles, and then I got charged for miles. I am in need of a truck in two weeks and I am not sure if I am going to go with U-Haul

Hugh HThe process of finding a drop off location was difficult. The search system, identifying something nearby our drop off area was nearly impossible. We left it as "I will call when I'm ready" and then the system auto assigned a location that caused us to have to back track 20 minutes.
