Person at the pick up location was not helpful.I scheduled a time for counter pick up, when I arrived the man at the counter told me to do the online pick up because he was eating lunch and wasn’t available for 45 minutes. Customer service was very poor!

Use the same size furniture dolly when using two dolly’s to move large items. A mismatch makes it harder to move.

gloria hI would not recommend the location due to the app process is the only way to rent from this location. The app process is cumbersome and I am technically adept. It took over a half hour to process when picking up and returning the vehicle. There is something about interacting with a live person that is still the best customer service.
