Your manager at this location (John) was really helpful. I understand that there were general problems with UHaul yesterday, however I had no problems at all. I’ll definitely be using this location again

Stephen DThe location is great and that's the only reason I'd come back. Being rented a dirty truck with unadjustable driver's seat, fixed visor, doors you literally have to slam shut to properly secure, and an app that doesn't allow you to leave comments makes me want to find another rental company. That awful seat left me with a back ache hours after I returned the truck. U-haul was nice enough to remove the late fee when they realized the truck was returned on time - the problem being I couldn't complete the return process on the app. U-haul should have offered to refund the entire rental fee based on the terrible experience.
