The inside of the cab had not been cleaned nor back swept from the prior renter, which is why I gave it 4 stars. Overall, it met my needs. The location was very convenient to where I live and check out was easy even with the need to chat with a representative in the app.
Melinda SClear pricing. You charged me over $70 for a $24.99 per day rental. I understood 2 days would be 50 but dropped it off a day earlier and was expecting around 35-40 to be the cost. Next time I will rent from Home Depot or Lowes
Robert HI have rented a UHaul 15ft van from this location on a number of occasions. Because I had pre-filled the paperwork, I was in an out of the office within minutes of my arrival (and same again on drop off). Bill, the onsite manager, is very personable and helpful
