Understaffed and didn't have the equipment I reserved. I had to follow someone to a different location to pick-up my reserved furniture dolly then ended up paying for the extra mileage!

STEPHEN PMake the visual assistant aware the key box in on a pole not on the building. Had to call back twice to find it
MICHAEL DThe issue of gaining access to the truck Keys. The black boxes where the keys were located were not clearly identified. The lock on the lockbox was awful to open. It took me 4 trips to speak to the virtual counter person to get someone to actually explain how the lock needed to be open. Even when the letters were aligned properly the lock still needed cajoled to get open. The entire process waist 25 minutes of my allotted time.
