Worst experience we have had after 12 moves. NEVER contacted to let us know that they didn’t have our 20ft truck. The truck they put us in had multiple areas of damage including the windshield!! Attempted to call and get another truck because belts were slipping but unable to accommodate. Terrible customer service with the exception of the Orion. THE ONLY ON THAT COULD HELP ME WITH A COMPLAINT!!!

This was the second day in a row that when I arrived, there was nobody able to assist me. The systems were down and keys were not available for trucks that were sitting in the parking lot. Had to go to two locations after making a reservation at both and them having the truck.
Matthew BThe virtual assistant was the least helpful thing ever. Finally when a person showed up after 35 minutes we were helped. He was great but the virtual assistant was basically useless.
STEPHEN WI pay the same as the past and have to deal with a virtual attendant....??? I call back to have my furniture pads changed from 12 to 6.....because only 6 were in the bag.....I was told my contract would be changed to 6.....it wasn't.
