Truck was not prepared. No moving blankets as ordered, not cleaned or filled up with gas. Virtal assist was very good, but no one at location.

Manager didn’t make arrangements for me to unlock remotely to get key. Had to wait a half hour for him to show up at 9:00. Not good customer service
Pam SI am extremely disappointed with the service . They moved my reservation to a different location last minute then changed my pricing . I was told they would adjust the pricing when i brought it back and then they said no one said that and I can’t talk to the person that priced it . I would never do business with them agian
