Make the visual assistant aware the key box in on a pole not on the building. Had to call back twice to find it
MICHAEL DThe issue of gaining access to the truck Keys. The black boxes where the keys were located were not clearly identified. The lock on the lockbox was awful to open. It took me 4 trips to speak to the virtual counter person to get someone to actually explain how the lock needed to be open. Even when the letters were aligned properly the lock still needed cajoled to get open. The entire process waist 25 minutes of my allotted time.

BILLY GAfter not having my original reservation ready at 7 am, proceeded to send me to pick up another uhaul at a different location, while not telling me the drop had changed, dropped off at the original location and was told I had to take it to a different location. Overall very upset with this transaction and would like a refund. Staff at the 14th street location were very helpful, but the Overall company's ability to handle this type of transaction was very disappointing.
