I was charged for more miles than what i took because of the automatic original charge. There was no refund due to my extremely short trip.

It was clean and very easy to rent But the truck needs some maintenance its shifting is quite rough especially if it is down shifting from the highway going to exit feels like its getting choked Not so smooth but overall ok
Victor EWhen I booked the truck you said you will find the truck on the time, but I pickup 90 minutes later. Online check in was optional. I went to store at 11AM there is no body in the store. I called him more than 10 times, and then he said you have to do online check in. I did online check in but I could not see the password. Your customer service helped me and than 90 minutes later I picked up the truck. I lost money. I paid extra money to my workers
