IDK if you can do anything about it, but using the app to pick up the truck was not smooth.

I was not sure if it was the U-Haul computer program or the lack of understanding of how to use it to create the contract by the service personnel. Nonetheless, it took multiple attempts and hours outside of my scheduled appointments to get the contract right. Nevertheless, the pickup finally occurred, and the equipment worked well throughout the trip.
LARRY TI was not happy about the fuel charge. I refilled the tank and was still charged $16 for fuel. Plus, I was told it was .99 cents a mile but was charged $1.39. Such a rip off.
