Don LThe African guy misinformed me by telling me if I take the U-Haul at 3 pm, I need to bring it back before midnight because anytime after that, it will be counted for 2 days. I know normally when you take a U-Haul for 1 day it’s 24 hours but this guy told me when you rent it, if you don’t bring it back the same day,, it will count as 2 days, which forced me to ultimately rent it for 2 days because I when got at 3pm, I was not gonna be able to bring it back before midnight, but had he informed that I could bring it back the next day at 3pm, I would only used it for 1 day. He basically scammed me into getting the U-Haul for 2 days.

Tabria VPicked up the U-Haul. It was supposed to be a mobile pick up. Took me about 30 minutes because the app kept crashing. There was a spill in the front seat that had not been cleaned, and it was sticky on the floor. I was not able to do the mobile check-in as well because I needed to go apparently into the office to get the keys, even though I was told and signed up for a mobile pick up. When I got to the office door, it was locked and the sign said I’ll be back. I’m not here right now. So I wound up having to spend about 40 minutes to do this check-in when it should’ve been very quick and speedy. I didn’t really like the interaction I had with the people there. It was kind of weird. It was weird that it was in a church and it was weird that the church staff were running it. Additionally, I needed to extend my time and I was unable to on the app saying that there was a family that was going to be running this U-Haul, which was false. There were also several other 15 feet U-Haul at the location that were readily available, so I’m not sure why they prevented me from extending the time on my mobile app. I called and let them know. I needed to extend the time in the gentleman. I spoke to was very strange and weird on the phone. He said for a price I can extend it. He kept me on the phone for about five minutes, going back-and-forth bantering and would not necessarily give me a price over the phone. I would never recommend this place. I will never be coming back here again and it has definitely changed my mind in general about U-Haul. Please consider taking this place off the map as an available area to get a U-Haul.
