Receptionist at medical office who processed my U-Haul rental contract wasn’t sure where trailer was specifically located. Never came out from behind desk. I found trailer between trucks parked nose in. I had to physically push and rotate trailer to make hitch accessible for hook up. Once that was done I found that driver side of trailer had a flat tire. It was obviously flat for long time as debris and dirt covered the flattened rubber of tire. I went back to office to speak to receptionist, but he was gone and office was locked up. I then contacted roadside assistance. They stated that a response company would be at my location with 30 minutes. 50 minutes later towing company arrived. John quickly replaced the tire and I was able to hook up and finally get on the road 2 hours after renting the trailer.

James FFilled and topped of the gas to where it was at when taken delivery. Was charged 38 dollars for fuel charge and the graph showed it was BELOW half which never even happened at all
