The speedometer was way off. GPS said 55mph, speedometer said 70. GPS said 65, speedometer said 80. There were no dash lights, so I couldn't see it at night anyway. I returned the truck an hour early only to find no one there and the gate closed, despite the sign on the gate showing business hours as 9:00-4:00. No one has EVER answered the phone the many times I've called. I called the 800 number. It took them 15 minutes to find out the gate code. I finally got in and returned the truck. Then, I turned around to see the gate had closed. I was trapped in the heat for 45 more minutes. NO ONE could find a code for me to get out. That was a full hour of MY TIME, plus being out in the heat! Finally, the lady who was supposed to be there got back, saying she had a doctor's appointment. I get that, but put a sign on the gate, text customers who have rentals or SOMETHING. It was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I am NOT the type to blast businesses nor people on social media and I won't in this case either. But this was extremely unprofessional and I don't care if I ever hear the name U-Haul again!

It was easy to get in and drop the truck. Got checked in and was on my way.
PAUL TTruck was unavilable when scheduled. I was sent to a different location 30 min away and told that I could pick up a truck there. I drove there to be told that they did not have any available trucks and that I needed to go back to my previous location and pick up my original truck. The entire event caused a 1.5 hour delay and cost me money because I had movers scheduled for a specific time
TRAVIS CStaff worked very hard to get us a vehicle on days other than we wanted due to availability!
SCOTT MAutumn went beyond her “normal” duties to be sure I had a rental at my convenience. I appreciated her efforts!
