Truck was unavilable when scheduled. I was sent to a different location 30 min away and told that I could pick up a truck there. I drove there to be told that they did not have any available trucks and that I needed to go back to my previous location and pick up my original truck. The entire event caused a 1.5 hour delay and cost me money because I had movers scheduled for a specific time
