The staff at Carrier Tirecraft were very helpful and good to deal with. It was not the first location that I made the rental agreement with, but it was good that Tirecraft was close and local. Arrangements for using a trailer is no sooner made than arrangements modified. In this case, it worked out. 1 out of 5 for this practice.

MARTIN AFor starts I was told if I returned the dolley I rented before the end of the day I would get refunded for not using the day 2 ( I returned it at 630 and everyone was closed and was charged for 2 days and I know on the cameras it shows me bring it back the same day I left with it Your employee come out and looked at how I hooked it up how ever the tire pressure was low on my right approximately 5psi vs the 35-40 for the left side Not the worst service but there's room for improvement
Dylan LI spent for 45 minutes to get the key of the truck, in fact the store that rented the vehicle was closed on Saturday. There was no sign that U-Haul rented next shop. They should give the notice about weekend U-Haul renting is done next shop.
