I am very dissatisfied with my drop-off experience at this location. I returned the truck on June 1, 2026, at approximately 4:40 PM, which was within my approved extension period. However, the location incorrectly recorded the truck as being returned the following morning and charged me an extra $43.50 for an additional day that I did not use. The employee who received the truck was very unprofessional and rude. He only took the keys, did not inspect the truck, and refused to provide any receipt or proof that the vehicle had been returned. Because of this, I now have no documentation showing the actual return time. In addition, this is a convenience store/market and does not appear to operate with the professionalism expected from a U-Haul drop-off location. The return process was poorly handled, and I did not feel that my rental was properly checked in. I believe this extra charge was applied in error and should be removed. I hope management reviews this location’s procedures and ensures that vehicles are properly inspected, checked in at the correct time, and that customers receive proof of return when equipment is dropped off Additionally, this location is a market and did not provide the level of professionalism I expected from a U-Haul drop-off facility. The return process was poorly managed, and the overall experience was unprofessional.

Make sure th trucks are in good order before they are issued. After I received gas on the side if the road by road side assistance i drove to the gas station and I found the problem. It took over 40 minutes to fill a 32 gallon tank. Something is wrong with fuel receiving on this one truck. It was new and only had 5000 miles on it. I tried to deliver fuel by holding the pump handle in all 360 degrees but nothing. The guy from roadside assistance that put 5 gallons of gas in with a funnel got it straight down

CURTISS AThe clerk behind the desk just gave the keys no copy of any contract. truck was dirty had just a little over a 18th of a tank. Had much problems with Uhaul customer service saying they cancelled my contract while I had the truck in possession.
