The individual we dropped the rental off too did not know what he was doing. I was very uncomfortable and did not feel safe at that location. It was a bad experience again all the way around a bad experience I would not ever repeat that.

Isabel RMake sure previous renter/driver cleans and takes their trash out before they do turn vehicle in. I would like to think yall would have clean and presentable vehicles for the next renter/driver, atleast I hope . Maybe just to get better reviews than this one.
