The parking was VERY tight to get the truck out of the lot. A young man guided us past the car the truck was parked in front of, but then there was another car parked along the narrow lane through the exit gate. Very positive and helpful though.

Edisson MI saw a picture. It was a fence surrounded by barbed wire and the hours were not long so I knew I had to return it after 5 PM. I called and the person who answered told me I should park the truck on the sidewalk which concern me and was not Helpful when I questioned if I could return it to another location. DANIEL DWhen I got home I saw a damage in the passenger door and a scratch on the side the truck, I took a photo and sent it to the employee oh UHAUL. The rest was very good and was a very good trip with no problem
Wagner DNot a great neighborhood. I selected the Fairfield Avenue location for this reason and convenience. I confirmed that my truck would be there. However, when I got to Fairfield Avenue, I was told my truck was at Reservoir Ave, way across town. I received no prior notification of the change. Additionally, the furniture pads I had ordered were unavailable at Reservoir. Incredibly shoddy customer service and performance?!
