This was unbelievable. I rented a van on the app after hours and went to pick it up self serve. THe app kept crashing. I had cell service. I had to get dropped off at the location and had to spend 45 minutes on the phone with a wonderful agent who was very kind. SHe was great. The app and system was not. All I needed was a lock box code. She did not have the ability to get that for me without me going through the app. I was standing on the street in a dangerous area in the dark late at night with my wallet out trying to get all the info for the app that kept crashing and making me start over. Drop off seemed to get smoother. I went through all the steps on the app, dropped off the keys when it said. And then got home and it said I never dropped off the vehicle and I had to call again. Fix the app that was insane!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe parking was VERY tight to get the truck out of the lot. A young man guided us past the car the truck was parked in front of, but then there was another car parked along the narrow lane through the exit gate. Very positive and helpful though.

Edisson MI saw a picture. It was a fence surrounded by barbed wire and the hours were not long so I knew I had to return it after 5 PM.
