When I returned my vehicle the guy working said I was all checked in and good to go. He didn’t need to walk out with me to check on the vehicle and that I’d get a bill in my email shortly. The next day I get a bill saying I had the vehicle for 4 additional hours and drove it 368 more miles than I actually did. I only had the vehicle for two hours and drove it 19 miles. They are claiming I had it for 6 hours and drove 387. Instead of owning their mistake they charged me and essentially scammed for out of over $300
