Could not even use the U-Haul I rented, because there was a lock on the box and no code was given to open it. When I called the facility they were already closed.

Do a better job at maintaining your trailers. I blew a tire within the first 200 miles of a 800 mile trip and sat on the side of the road for 2 hours for them to change the tire. The guy ended up changing the other tire too because it was so worn.
