I appreciate that Uhaul called me one day in advance and confirmed our pickup at this location and promised that someone will be at this location at 9am to help. However, when I showed up the next day. No-one is in the office and there is a piece of paper taped at the front door, saying the office is closed for the day (what ???). I scrambled to call Uhaul and see what's going on and I was instructed to do a self check-in. So I downloaded the app and started the long process. The lock on the truck was unbelievable hard to open. For the sake of me, I couldn't figure out how to align "perfectly" the code given. Got it open the moment I almost bursted out. An 10 min pick-up wound up to be an hour labor while my task rabbit waiting. Such a bad customer experience. I wish to be reimbursed for what happened.
