First U-Haul I called in Brockville because the location is just on the edge of town, perfect for me. Phone call first very pleasant and knew her stuff. She said what she was going to do and did what she said she would do. 2 days later in person I was just as impressed if not more. I have had experience with U-Haul in other cities in the past, this was far and away the best.
DAVID CI wouldn't recommend using Uhaul to anyone. Every aspect of this rental was awful. For starters, when I picked up the rental, nobody said anything about having to go to the back of the truck and take a picture before I left the yard. I only found this out later that night when I saw the text. I had to DRIVE 40KLMS to pick up the dam rental at a location not of my choosing. The dam truck shook like hell from the moment I picked it up. At first because I have never driven this truck, I thought the shaking was due to it being empty. However after having filled it with our belongings, the next morning the truck continued to shake like hell and the engine light was on the entire day. It shook bad enough that I couldn't drink anything for the 1.45 hrs drive to our destination. And when we arrived at our destination all of our belongings were everywhere. I'm not just mad, I'm fucking pissed. Directly before I dropped off the truck I put gas in it brining it near exactly where I was told to fill it. Your pathetic nickel and dimming charged me for 11 litters of gas. What bullshit is that??? 11 litters of gas wouldn't even move the needle. While I was leaving the lot, I asked the man that was there "is the milage calculated in KLM's or Miles, and he said miles. Only to find out that you billed me for 40+ klms over the mileage. (I'll remind you of my earlier statement "I had to DRIVE 40KLMS to pick up the dam rental at a location not of my choosing". So to say I'm pissed off is an UNDERSTATEMENT. William Saunders
