ROBERT LOur experience was entirely positive. It was particularly helpful that they have vehicles go out with a full tank of gas. It's SO MUCH EASIER to just make sure you return it with a full tank of gas! So appreciated! Also, the quick phone call the night before to make sure we knew we needed a credit card and to confirm where they were located. We use U-Haul trucks and storage exclusively and this was our best experience yet!
