Well organise
Pierre CNot much. The people were friendly and didn't mind chatting with my son while waiting for the "paperwork" to get done. We were in and out faster than I had expected (based on previous rentals).
ANDREW WFantastic service, very friendly and very through. They took the time to show me everything about the car hauler and assisted in hooking up the trailer. Great place to rent from.
Steve HProblem with the trailer Clasp connection to the vehicle Tow Ball. It's a new design that snaps into place however, it was too loose and created significant rattling and vibration while driving over typical city streets. This vibration caused the locking pin to dislodge causing the Trailer to hang in the safety chains then crash into the back of my vehicle!
