Greg LThe only issue I had was with an e-alert associated to my credit card. My card was new with a new number but got flagged as associated to someone called “Darnell” who had an outstanding balance from 2023. It took 35 minutes of being on hold to speak to someone who was was not very helpful and had no personality. She was confusing to both myself and the U-Haul owner and the interaction took over an hour and delayed our move of our daughter from university. I was happy with the Brockville location but very disappointed with the call centre.

The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and professional—they really made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you come across service this good. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to anyone in need of a rental.
