I was over charged even though I brought the truck back early. They also weren’t transparent about the $100 deposit.

Truck had a half bottle of water and bag of open chips on the passenger seat. Nothing against the young man but he had no knowledge about what we were asking
JOY KHonestly, I was very confused on the drop off procedure at this location. (As one would expect) there was no parking and the best I could do was leave the vehicle in the roadway. Coming from Maryland I wouldn't do this, but in NYC you see other delivery trucks do this too, so it was a safe spot technically. Luckily, this was what the attendant preferred, so it is what it is. I would have just appreciated some heads up on that.
