PHADRA ICustomer service was essentially non-existent. When I rented the van it was entirely filthy having been never cleaned and wreaked like cigarette smoke. When I returned the van, the attendant did not check my van in or finalize my bill and told me I had to wait for a few days until someone else finalized it for me. Absolutely horrible experience.
GIOVANINA AI waited about 15min before speaking to anyone. The truck still had garbage and belongings from the previous renters. I paid for a hand truck and didn’t receive one.
