Customer service was good. Getting van is ok but Van was not clear and cleaner. Major concern: Hazard light was not working properly( left side was not blinking) . Although I reported because it’s important to fix it.

Friendly staff and nice van, but I was assigned a truck that was not in the pickup area using the mobile pickup method and wasted an hour.
