My experience with the rental was fine overall, but I had an issue at the end of my trip. When I returned the vehicle, I added gas and even showed the representative at the location a picture of the mileage and fuel level. The representative told me everything was fine and that I didn’t need to add more gas. However, after I left, I received my receipt by email and noticed I was charged $10 for gas. Since I confirmed the fuel level with the representative before leaving, I believe this charge was unfair and would appreciate having it reviewed. I can provide the photo I took of the mileage and gas level if needed.
