This entire reservation process was a nuisance. I placed a reservation online and confirmed my location. I completed my check in via the u-haul app, uploaded my ID and paid for my reservation using the portal. The vehicle was then “dispatched.” I walked into the gas station to explain to the attendant that I needed the vehicle’s keys and to have someone move their personal car out of the parking area. I then waited over 30 minutes in what seemed to be a “confirmation process,” where I was asked to re-upload my ID & then pay an entire new fee for what I assumed was my same reservation. Hours later I received a call from customer service, with concerns that I did not pick up the vehicle. It took 3 individuals to then identify and confirm, that the gas station attendant created a separate and new reservation, fortunately I used a new payment method, however for a reservation that should have cost me less than $60 in total, now cost over $100. I will be reimbursed in 24-48 hours for my initial reservation. Which is frustrating. I also requested and paid for 2 dollie’s that this gas station (1280 Allerton Ave) did not provide.

ROBERT FSAFE QUIET PICK UP/ DOP AREA. CLEAN VEHICLE, NICE EMPLOYEES HELPED WITH KEY PROCESS INSIDE LOCATION
LAQUANDA HMy experience with the rental was fine overall, but I had an issue at the end of my trip. When I returned the vehicle, I added gas and even showed the representative at the location a picture of the mileage and fuel level. The representative told me everything was fine and that I didn’t need to add more gas. However, after I left, I received my receipt by email and noticed I was charged $10 for gas. Since I confirmed the fuel level with the representative before leaving, I believe this charge was unfair and would appreciate having it reviewed. I can provide the photo I took of the mileage and gas level if needed.
ROBERT ENothing, I did my reservation online. Quick in Quick out
